I have actually never gone hard enough in a workout to puke. I have been wanting to for a while to really find my limit and push that edge even once - but just can't seem to let myself unlock that extra gear to go harder.

It's not all it's cracked up to be, but I have found that sprints, especially uphill sprints, are the quickest way to get there.
